Prior to this role, Felipe accumulated over a decade of experience at Dell Technologies, where positions included Vice President of HR, Senior Director of HRBP for Global Marketing, and several director-level roles focusing on strategic HR initiatives across multiple business units. Felipe's career began with roles at Carrier Corporation and RESOLUTION Inteligência Humana, establishing a strong foundation in HR business partnering, talent strategy, and organizational development. Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA in Strategic People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
