Jason Fenn

Jason Fenn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management, legal practice, and cloud computing. Currently serving as a Partner at CPS Capital since March 2020, Jason also holds board member positions at Royal House Partners, PharmaSmart International, Inc., and Cloudli Communications. Previous roles include Vice President and Investment Counsellor at Fiera Capital and Portfolio Manager at CGOV Asset Management. Jason began a notable venture by launching SmartCloud Inc., a cloud computing services company, and has a legal background as a lawyer specializing in corporate law and litigation at Rohmer & Fenn. Jason Fenn holds an M.B.A. from Ivey Business School at Western University and a JD from the University of Toronto.
