Eric also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern with the Denver Broncos Football Club in 2001, where responsibilities included assisting the community/player/alumni relations department. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
