Jonathan Herring

Jonathan Herring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Manager of Security Operations at CPS Energy since September 2021, Jonathan previously held the position of Police Lieutenant at the Austin Police Department for over two decades, from January 1999 until retirement in December 2021. Jonathan earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Texas State University, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1998.
