Kate Wright is currently serving as an Analyst in Economic Forecasting at CPS Energy since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University's Agricultural and Food Policy Center from January 2020 to December 2021, as well as multiple graduate assistant roles within Texas A&M University Policy Internship Programs from August 2018 to December 2019. Additionally, Kate interned for the U.S. House of Representatives’ House Agriculture Committee in the summer of 2018. Earlier work experience encompasses various positions such as Student Worker at the Office of the Dean for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Texas A&M AgriLife, along with an internship at Rodeo Austin. Kate holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, both from Texas A&M University.
