Steven Fleming

Steven Fleming, P.G., is an accomplished environmental analyst currently employed at CPS Energy since June 2023, focusing on air compliance, greenhouse gas reporting, and carbon accounting. Previously, Steven served as the Director of Risk Management, Compliance, and Sustainability at Talon/LPE from June 2020 to June 2023, and as an Environmental Supervisor at Apache Corporation from July 2010 to March 2020, where significant contributions were made in EPA GHG reporting and various industry advocacy roles. Steven’s extensive experience includes project management positions with multiple organizations providing consulting services within the oil and gas sector, demonstrating expertise in environmental compliance, regulatory interactions, and sustainability initiatives. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Limnology from Baylor University and a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Sul Ross State University.
