Ana Costa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist for Licensure & Certification Programs at CPS HR Consulting since August 2012, Ana has held various roles in the organization, including Principal HR Consultant and Senior HR Consultant. Prior to this, Ana worked at FPMI Solutions, Inc. from June 2006 to January 2009, holding positions such as Director of Standards & Assessment and Director of Program Development. Ana's career began at CPS HR Consulting from October 2001 to June 2006 as a Quality Management and Business Process Analyst and Personnel Analyst. In terms of education, Ana earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University between 2008 and 2014, and an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University-Sacramento from 2000 to 2003, along with a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo obtained in 1997.
