Christell Bechtold

Christell Bechtold is a skilled professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership training. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Facilitator at California State University-Sacramento since March 2023, Christell has also held the role of Learning Facilitator at CPS HR Consulting since December 2017. Previously, Christell was the Organizational Development Manager at the California Department of State Hospitals from March 2013 to December 2017, as well as a Training Specialist and Research Analyst at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife from August 1998 to March 2013. Christell's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts in Communication from Sacramento City College.
