Igor Shegolev, MSHRM, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in compensation management and HR systems. As the President and Founder of HR Know Consulting since April 2009, Igor leads a consulting firm that offers comprehensive solutions in compensation management and employment analytics to diverse organizations. Additionally, Igor serves as a Technical Specialist at CPS HR Consulting and has held key HR leadership roles at Tucson Medical Center and Carondelet Health Network, overseeing critical HR functions and policy development. Igor holds a Master's degree in Business Science of Human Resources Management from Troy University.
