Pam Derby

Pam Derby has extensive experience in executive recruitment and personnel management, currently serving as the Manager of Executive Recruitment at CPS HR Consulting since December 2003. Prior roles at CPS HR Consulting include Supervising Executive Recruiter and Executive Recruiter. Pam's earlier career includes a position as Sr. Personnel Management Consultant at CPS Human Resources from 2003 to October 2018 and serving as Aide to the Board of Supervisors for the County of Yuba from 2001 to 2003. Pam Derby holds a degree from California State University, Chico, earned between 1979 and 1983.
