Elizabeth Garcia

Elizabeth Garcia is a Senior Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service since May 2022, currently focusing on RASSO after previously being part of the Magistrates Court Advocacy Team. Prior experience includes serving as a Court Clerk at the Ministry of Justice UK and Director of Yacht Search, where assistance was provided to yachts in finding suitable crew members. Elizabeth also held roles as a Researcher for the World Bank and Justice Chambers, and as a Yacht Manager for a private individual. Elizabeth completed criminal pupillage as a Pupil Barrister at Church Court Chambers and Drystone Chambers, and has worked as an Advisor at Toynbee Hall. Elizabeth's educational background includes degrees from Columbia University, Kaplan Law School, and the University of Leicester, complemented by online courses at Leiden University.
