Rachel Baldwin is a District Crown Prosecutor and Senior Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service, with experience dating back to April 2016. Prior roles include Treasurer of The Sheffield & District Law Society from April 2018 to June 2019 and President of THE SHEFFIELD AND DISTRICT LAW SOCIETY LTD from April 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, Rachel served as a Solicitor Advocate at Cartwright King Solicitors from August 2012 to March 2016. As a Higher Court Advocate and Criminal Duty Solicitor, Rachel is well-known in the Crown and Magistrates Courts throughout South Yorkshire and the North. Rachel completed a degree in European, International and Comparative Law at The University of Sheffield from 2002 to 2006.
