Steve Jones

Steve Jones has extensive experience with the Crown Prosecution Service since December 1987, where current roles include People Engagement Manager and Knowledge and Information Manager, focusing on improving efficiency and productivity through the Change Unit. With credentials as a fully accredited Prince2 practitioner, Steve has also managed the CPS Intranet and corporate events, contributing to staff recognition initiatives. Previous positions include various cashier and casework roles, fraud team leadership, and a transition to Communications. Early career experiences range from temp work at BT telemarketing, delivering goods as a driver, to an apprenticeship in commercial vehicle body building, and a trainee role in a recording studio collaborating with notable artists. Education was completed at Sir John Cass' Foundation and Red Coat Secondary School.
