Andy Sutherland

Andy Sutherland is an accomplished Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in creating and managing documentation across various organizations. Currently contracted at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, Andy has established an XML-based documentation system and built templates for a new service portal. As the corporate owner and director of Firetail Documentation, Andy promotes high-quality documentation services. Previous roles include contributions at Clear Spider Inc., CIBC, and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where Andy developed SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation, optimizing accessibility and standardization. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Toronto and has further education from Sheridan College.
