George Blankenship

George Blankenship is an accomplished pharmacy executive with extensive experience in specialty and outpatient pharmacy services. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Specialty and Outpatient Pharmacy Services at CPS since June 2020, George is responsible for the design, development, and management of pharmacy services while overseeing full P&L responsibilities and managing C-suite relationships. Prior to this, George held the role of Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Therigy, leading a division focused on comprehensive pharmacy consulting services. George's earlier experience includes senior leadership positions at Express Scripts PBM and Pharmacy Leadership, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, P&L oversight, and client relationship management. George began the career as a District Sales Manager at AstraZeneca, where a focus on talent development and strategic partnerships was key. George holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and an MBA from Mercer University.
