Jennifer Forst

Jennifer Forst is an experienced professional in case management and client services, currently serving as a Supervising Case Manager at CPT Group, Inc. since February 2022, where Jennifer previously held the role of Senior Case Manager. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Perceptyx, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager from January 2020 to June 2021, and at TalentKeepers from July 2011 to August 2019 in various roles, including Director of Client Services. Additional experience includes a brief position as an Upstart Consultant at Sharkey's Cuts for Kids and an internship at Florida Hospital's Patient Companion Training Team. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Central Florida.
