Since joining CPT Network Solutions in June 2006, John has advanced through various leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities include oversight of all company operations and involvement in strategic planning and growth. Previous positions at CPT Network Solutions include Sr. Director of Operations and Director of Technology Solutions, focusing on client engagement and the development of customer-centric solutions. Prior to this, John worked at Time Business Systems from September 1995 to May 2005, beginning as a Field Technician and advancing to Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing technical operations and field technicians while ensuring customer satisfaction.
