Nitesh Lama

Nitesh Lama currently serves as the Director of Membership & Sales for the UK and Europe at Club Quarters Hotels, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Nitesh was the Sales Director for Europe at YOTEL from November 2022 to November 2025 and held the position of Cluster Director of Sales at De Vere for various estates from December 2021 to November 2022. Nitesh also held the position of Area Director of Sales and Marketing for MGallery Hotels UK at Accor and has experience as Assistant Director of Sales at Sofitel London Heathrow and Cluster Sales Manager for several London properties. Nitesh began the career with Urban Inns as a Business Development Manager. Nitesh earned an MBA in International Hotel and Travel Management from Schiller International University, studied from 2005 to 2007.
