Dawn Gordon, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Leader at CQ Medical since August 2023. Previously, Dawn held the position of Senior Quality Engineer at Qfix from August 2022 to August 2023, and Quality Supervisor at Safran from August 2019 to July 2022. Dawn’s earlier experience includes roles as QA Specialist and Business Unit Leader for Strategic Initiatives at Zodiac Aerospace from January 2011 to August 2019, and various positions at Limen House, Inc. between July 2008 and April 2011. Dawn's expertise encompasses leading operational excellence initiatives, managing strategic planning, and overseeing complex R&D projects, underpinned by an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University and a strong foundation in engineering and process management.
