Vice President of Sales: Hospital, University, ENT at CQ Partners

Scott Berger has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Scott is currently serving as a member of the Customer Experience Program Advisory Council at the University of Richmond. Prior to this, they held various roles at CQ Partners, including Vice President of Sales for Hospital, University, and ENT sectors. In this position, they implemented a new sales plan and operational framework, resulting in significant revenue and profit growth. Scott also served as a Regional Sales Manager for Hospital Inside Accounts and Director of Strategic Account Management and Analytics, where they focused on business intelligence and customer relationship management. Additionally, Scott has served as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud, providing business advice to those in need. Before that, they worked at ACIST Medical Systems as Senior Manager of Sales and Finance, leading a global sales force and developing new marketing strategies. Prior to that, they were the Manager of North America Sales Administration at EZEM, where they oversaw a high-performance sales organization and managed a multi-million dollar budget. Scott's work experience also includes a role in Financial Services at Morgan Stanley.

Scott Berger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University. Scott then went on to complete an MBA with Distinction in Finance from Hofstra University. In addition to their formal education, Scott also obtained certifications in customer experience programs. Scott completed the University of Richmond Customer Experience Program in January 2022 and the George Washington University Customer Experience Program in April 2021.
