Scott Klein has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scott currently serves as the President of CQ Partners since 2021. Previously, they were the President of Your Hearing Network from 2017 to 2022, where they led the strategic vision and growth of the organization, including the successful launch of multiple new companies. Prior to that, they were the President & CEO of HearUSA from 2011 to 2017, leading a healthcare network of hearing enhancement products.

Scott also held the position of Vice President of Sales, Business Development & Customer Satisfaction at Right Hear from 2009 to 2011, where they oversaw key divisions and drove sales strategies. Before that, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Hearth & Home Technologies from 2007 to 2009, where they transformed the retail presence and improved overall operating income.

Scott has also worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Golden Living from 2006 to 2007, leading sales and marketing efforts for the largest operator of nursing homes/assisted living/memory care units in the United States. Scott was the Senior Vice President Corporate Sales at Amplifon from 2002 to 2006, managing P&L for company-owned divisions and leading expansion efforts. Prior to that, they served as the President/COO of Sonus from 1998 to 2002, where they significantly grew sales and had full P&L responsibility for multiple divisions.

Scott has additional experience as the Senior Vice President of Store Operations at Hollywood Entertainment from 1997 to 1998, overseeing all store operations for a large national video retail chain. Scott also served as the Senior Vice President-Retail Division at Nordic Track from 1996 to 1997, directing national and international operations for the Retail Division.

Scott Klein attended Fairfield High School from 1974 to 1976, completing their secondary education. Scott then pursued a degree in Accounting at the University of Maryland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Additionally, Scott Klein enrolled at Missouri Western State University to study Business Administration and Management, General. Later, they furthered their education at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
