Tally Singer FCMI has extensive experience in membership, learning, and commercial services, currently serving as the Executive Director of Membership and Commercial Services at The Chartered Quality Institute since February 2014. In this role, Tally Singer is responsible for the development and delivery of individual membership and non-membership products and services.
