Tom Douangmixay

Tom Douangmixay is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in eCommerce and digital marketing. Currently serving as Project Manager at CQL, a Shopify Platinum Partner, since June 2025, Tom specializes in creating seamless customer experiences across digital and physical platforms. Previously, as Senior Project Manager at Diff from August 2020 to March 2025, Tom managed Shopify and Shopify Plus projects with a focus on user experience and theme development. Tom's career spans over two decades in various roles, including senior project management and business analysis at MNP and T4G Limited, where a diverse skill set in managing CMS, eCommerce, and digital marketing projects was developed. Early experience includes positions at Wunderman, WebFeat Multimedia, Alliance Atlantis Communications, and Harlequin Enterprises Ltd. Tom holds a diploma (honours) and education from Fleming College and Trent University.
