Steve Willis

Steve Willis has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Steve is currently the Director at Cquestr8 Ltd since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director at Herculean Climate Solutions from September 2019, where they focused on finding innovative ways to address the global climate crisis. Before that, Steve was the Innovator at Steve Willis Innovations Ltd since January 2016, where they identified innovative solutions for business development and technology transfer. From 2001 to 2015, they held various roles at Johnson Matthey, including Project Manager, Engineering Manager & Mercury Specialist, and Technical Manager. From 1996 to 2001, they worked as the Infrastructure Manager at Ineos Acrylics. Before that, they were a Process Engineer for the PURASPEC team at ICI Katalco from 1993 to 1996, and an Assistant Operations Manager at Rhone Poulenc Chemicals in 1991. Steve started their career as a Development Chemist & Chemical Plant Manager at Courtaulds Fibres Ltd from 1986 to 1990.

Steve Willis attended Heversham Grammar School from 1976 to 1983. Steve then went on to study Chemistry at Durham University from 1983 to 1987, earning a BSc degree. Later, in 1992 to 1993, Steve pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering at UCL.
