Edgardo Baconawa Jr is a skilled Human Resources Coordinator with significant experience in customer service and training. Currently at CRMG since October 2021, Edgardo previously held the position of Sales Coach/Trainer at H&M from March 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included conducting post-onboarding training and providing feedback to improve training processes. Prior to that, Edgardo served as a Sales Advisor at H&M and a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Tanasbourne, focusing on customer interaction and service. Edgardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Portland State University and an Associate of Science from Portland Community College.
