Kelly Costa has diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Kelly started their career as an Account Manager at G. Hensler & Co. in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Kelly then served as an Office Manager at Fowler Property Acquisitions from 2007 to 2009. Kelly gained experience as an Assistant Property Manager at Trinity Property Consultants from 2009 to 2011, before transitioning to Prometheus Real Estate Group as an Assistant Property Manager. Kelly joined C&R Real Estate Services Co. in 2011 as a Portfolio Manager and worked there until 2016. Following this, Kelly took on the role of Regional Manager at Fore Property Company from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at C&R Management Group, where they held the position of Marketing Director from 2017 to 2020 before being promoted to Director of Operations in November 2020.
Kelly Costa attended The International School of Amsterdam from 1996 to 1998. From 2000 to 2004, they studied at Saint Mary's College of California, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal & Civic Studies. In 2003, they also briefly attended the Loyola University - Rome Center, focusing on Roman & Italian Studies.
