Chris Carter

Chris Carter is an experienced property manager currently overseeing two medium-sized apartment communities in Milwaukie, OR, at C&R Real Estate Services Co. since June 2009. Prior to this role, Chris held various leadership positions at AIESEC, including Director of Alumni Relations, Local Committee President, and VP Finance for the Oregon Local Committee from November 2006 to May 2009. Additionally, Chris served as a Hall Director at Portland State University from March 2007 to August 2008. Chris is a graduate of Portland State University.
