Bencherry Lukose

Bencherry Lukose has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Most recently, they have been working as a Software Engineering Sr Manager at C&R Software since July 2021. Prior to that, Bencherry worked at FICO for over 12 years, serving as a Software Engineering Sr Manager/Sr Engineer from September 2008 to June 2021. Before joining FICO, Bencherry worked at Mphasis as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2006 to September 2008.

Bencherry Lukose completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology between the years 1997 and 2001. In 2010, they also pursued a Certificate Program in Management of Software Development (CPMSD) from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In this program, they specialized in Size Estimation, focusing on IFPUG Function Point, MK II, and Cosmic Full Function Point, as well as Cost Estimation, specifically COCOMO -1.
