Frances Cairns

Frances Cairns is the Founder & CEO at C\R Strategy Partners. Frances has also served as a board member for Monterey Institute for Technology and Education, CampusQuad, Inc., and Querium Corporation.

Frances has over 20 years of experience in digital strategy consulting and mobile product development services. In 2007, they founded Cairns Associates, a digital strategy consulting and mobile product development services firm. Key clients included Disney, Audible, the Smithsonian, Cengage, and Safari Books Online. In 2012, Frances founded CampusQuad, Inc., the first ed-tech company focusing on mobile student engagement across U.S. college campuses.

Frances has been an advisor and board member to innovative NROC and EdReady since 2013. EdReady is a math and English readiness system that employs a low-stakes knowledge inventory to personalize a learner’s path to subject mastery within the context of a specific goal.

Frances Cairns started their educational career by obtaining a BA in Frances'story from The University of Findlay. Frances then went on to Bowling Green State University to obtain an MA in Education.
