Janice Ray

Janice Ray is the founder of C\R Strategy Partners, a human resources consultancy. Janice has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources and organizational development.

Janice started their career in 1987 as the operations manager for GlenLyon Vineyards and Winery. In 1993, they co-founded Sebastopol Shakespeare Festival and Main Street Theatre, where they served as an actor and costume designer.

In 1999, Janice founded Ray Consulting, a human resources consulting firm. In 2005, they joined The Cairn Group as a partner and organization development specialist. Janice left The Cairn Group in 2012 to co-found CampusQuad, Inc., where they served as the chief people, process, and customer success officer.

In 2016, Janice returned to consulting and founded C\R Strategy Partners. Janice is also a teaching associate for the MA in OD program at Sonoma State University, where they teach courses in facilitation and training, organization and team development.

Janice Ray has a M.A. in Organization Development from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts from University of California, Irvine.
