With a robust history at CR2 dating back to 2004, Paddy has held various roles including Technical Account Manager, Customer Support Location Manager, Customer Support Team Lead, and Software Development Engineer, each focused on enhancing customer relationships and optimizing support teams. Prior to CR2, Paddy worked as a Technical Architect at CardBASE Technologies and as a Senior Developer at Office Integrated Solutions. Paddy holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Mathematics & Computing from the University of Limerick.
