Cari Gaines

Cari Gaines possesses extensive experience in community relations, business development, and property management, demonstrated through various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Crabapple LandscapEXPERTS since April 2021, Cari previously held the position of Community Relations Director at The Holbrook for nearly two years. Prior experience includes serving as Community Association Manager at Fieldstone Realty Partners and Property Manager at Woodward Management Partners. Additionally, Cari cultivated skills in education while working as a teacher at Cobb County School District from 2005 to 2011. Cari Gaines is an alumna of Kennesaw State University.
