Dan Schneider

Dan Schneider has extensive experience in restaurant management and operations, having held various roles across multiple establishments. Starting as the Members Dining Room Manager at American Golf from January 2003 to March 2006, Dan progressed to General Manager positions at notable companies such as Red Robin, Morton's The Steakhouse, Morton's Grille, and Cracker Barrel, where Dan worked until December 2021. Currently, Dan serves as the Regional Performance Coach at Cracker Barrel, following a position as Area Manager at Sweetfin. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Technology Development from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwest University. Additionally, Dan has educational experience in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
