Mark Spurgin

Mark Spurgin currently serves as SVP and Chief Restaurant Supply Chain Officer at Cracker Barrel since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple senior positions at Restaurant Growth Services, LLC, including Chief Supply Chain Officer and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain from December 2018 to January 2023. Mark's experience includes serving as Vice President of Global Procurement and Logistics at The Cheesecake Factory and in various leadership roles at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. spanning six years. Earlier positions included Director of Supply Chain Management at Maui Land & Pineapple and Senior Strategic Manager at TXU Energy. Mark began a career in supply chain management at Frito Lay, culminating in roles such as Sr. Group Manager of North American Supply. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus on Agribusiness from Texas A&M University.
