Rob Lively is currently the MCBB leader at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, where they have also held positions as acting district manager, senior associate manager, and general manager since 2023. Lively has extensive experience at Cracker Barrel, having served as general manager from 2008 to 2024. Prior to their career in hospitality, Lively worked as a programmer analyst and project leader at Columbia House and BMG Columbia House from 1998 to 2010, and as an I.T. project leader at Direct Group North America. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
