Stan Melton

Stan Melton has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Stan started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a 0331 from 1985 to 1989. Stan then worked as an Electronic Repair Technician at Sharp Electronics Manufacturing Company of America, Inc. from 1989 to 1998. Following this, they worked at First Tennessee Bank as a Programmer from 1998 to 1999. Stan then joined The Orkand Corporation as a Sr. Programmer from 1999 to 2000. Stan subsequently worked at AutoZone from 2000 to 2005, initially as a Senior Programmer Analyst and later at ALLDATA from 2005 to 2009, taking on roles such as Senior IT Project Manager and IT Manager - Company Technology leader. Stan then returned to AutoZone from 2009 to 2017, where they held various roles including Software Development Manager and Director of IT. Stan then joined Terminix in 2017 as a Vice President and CIO, before their most recent role as Vice President of Digital Technology at Cracker Barrel starting from April 2022.

Stan Melton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Union University, which they completed in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from State Technical Institute, Memphis in 1998. In addition, they obtained a PMP certification from PMI in October 2009.
