David Gartner has been working at Merck since April 1997, holding various titles such as Associate Director of Quality Assurance, Sr. Quality Associate, Senior QA Systems Developer, and QA Auditor. In addition to their work at Merck, David is also involved in volunteer work at the Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America, where David serves as the Scoutmaster for Troop 152. Currently serving approximately 17,000 youth in all programs of the Greater Delaware Valley area from Philadelphia, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
