Nikhil Utane

Nikhil Utane is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering for both Ericsson and Cradlepoint since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Nikhil worked at CommScope from May 2020 to June 2023 as Director of Engineering, focusing on innovative solutions in Analytics, DevOps, Cloud, and Automation for OneCell 4G/5G/DAS products. Nikhil also held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Ryzing Star from July 2019 to May 2020, where efforts were directed toward building Machine Learning applications. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Engineering Manager at CommScope (post-acquisition of Airvana) from September 2016 to July 2019, where Nikhil founded a Data Analytics team and developed the ATLAS containerized log analytics solution.
