Connie Olson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Connie is currently the Vice President of Operations at Cradles to Crayons, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Philips as the Head of NA SC Transformation & Customer Collaboration from March 2021 to March 2023. From June 2018 to March 2021, Connie served as the Senior Director of Beverage Initiatives & Corporate Facilities at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Connie also had a successful career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles, including Sales Team Supply Chain Associate Director, Gillette Operations Manager, Organization Renewal Leader, Paper Products Department Manager and Startup Manager, Paper Products Line Manager (Diversity & Inclusion Leader), and Process Engineer. Connie started their career at 3M as a CoOp from June 1996 to September 1998.
Connie Olson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Psychology from Northwestern University. This educational journey took place from 1995 to 1999. Following a break, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in International Business at Northeastern University from 2006 to 2008.
