Kristian Rasmussen is a seasoned supply chain and logistics professional with extensive experience across various companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Supply Chain and Logistics at Cradlewise, Kristian has driven significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies, previously achieving a 24% reduction in COGS at the company. Prior roles include Senior Director at Eight Sleep, where planning processes were built for over 200 SKUs, and Director of Supply Chain at Hero, where cost savings of 25% were realized through supplier negotiations.
