Carli Feinstein has over 12 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and partnership development. In 2020, they began working as the Managing Director at Craft & Commerce, where they partner with the executive team and the company's cross-functional leads to create the overall growth strategy for the agency and contribute to overall growth initiatives. Carli also serves as the VP, Partnerships & Strategy, leveraging their prior experience as a marketing leader at national women's health nonprofit Bright Pink.

Prior to their current role, Carli worked at Bright Pink from 2012 to 2020, holding various roles including Vice President of Brand & Experience, Vice President Of Development, Director of Strategic Engagement, Chief of Staff, and Marketing and Communications Manager. Carli was responsible for managing the brand voice, tone & creative across all channels of communication, recruiting, building, and managing a portfolio of $1M in cause-marketing partnerships, guiding the redesign and re-launch of BrightPink.org, and leading the creative development of educational and promotional assets.

Carli also held positions at Walton Isaacson as an Account Exec (2009), Bright Pink as a Marketing Communications Intern (2008), Alpha Epsilon Phi as VP Alumnae Relations (2007), and Camp Agawak as Program Director (2007). In 2005, they founded and organized a 3k walk with Deerfield High School classmate in local community benefiting the Alzheimer's Association, attracting 250 participants, sponsors and entertainment, and advertising and media coverage. The walk raised $15,000 for the Alzheimer's Association, Chicago Chapter and May 15th was proclaimed "Walk to Remember Day" by the mayor of Deerfield in honor of the event.

Carli Feinstein attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Universidad de Sevilla to study Spanish Language, History and Culture. Carli also attended Deerfield High School.
