Tripti A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, operations, and business strategy. Currently serving as the Country Manager and Global Operations Head at Craft CXM since November 2023, Tripti is responsible for managing and scaling the company. As a consultant since November 2022, Tripti has been aiding startup founders with go-to-market strategies. Tripti co-founded DIY.org, a social learning app for kids, and served as a strategic advisor at Encubay, focusing on empowering women founders. Previous roles include Co-Founder and COO at KYT, Head of Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations at Rizort, and Practice Director at Comet Global Consulting, where Tripti built a multimillion-dollar revenue practice. Tripti holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
