Mallory Dwinal-Palisch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Mallory is currently working as the Founding Operator of the Coalition Network, a platform that connects senior leaders with startups where their expertise is valuable.

Prior to this, Mallory served as the Chancellor of Reach University and also worked as the Co-Founder & CEO of Oxford Teachers Academy. Mallory played a key role in the development and growth of these educational institutions.

Mallory also co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Craft Education System. Through this role, they aimed to help employers, higher education institutions, and apprenticeship programs convert on-the-job training into accredited degree pathways.

Before venturing into the education sector, Mallory co-founded and served as the CEO of Oxford Day Academy, a public charter high school focused on developing intelligent and empathetic young leaders. Mallory implemented a unique curriculum that involved real-world electives, internships, and community engagement.

Additionally, Mallory gained experience as an Analyst at The District Management Council and as a Corps Member at Teach For America. Mallory also worked as a Department Chair and Spanish Teacher at Friendship Public Charter School.

Mallory Dwinal-Palisch's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University, where they triple majored in Spanish, Economics, and International Studies.
