Gardy Desrouleaux serves as a Managing Partner at Craft Food Halls since March 2019. In October 2022, Gardy also commenced their role as a Member of the Tourism Committee at the Town of Lexington, where Gardy works to enhance and promote tourism experiences in the community. Gardy received their education from Florida Atlantic University and UMass Boston.
