Iryna Carteret has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Iryna worked at Craft Gin Club as the Head of Finance from November 2019 to present. Prior to that, they were the Finance Manager at Craft Gin Club from November 2017 to November 2019.
Before joining Craft Gin Club, Iryna worked at BOP Consulting as a Finance Manager from February 2015 to September 2017, and as a Finance Officer from July 2013 to January 2015.
Their earlier experience includes working as an Administration Manager at Harvey Nichols from June 2010 to July 2013.
At the beginning of their career, Iryna worked at Oxo Tower as the Head Waitress from May 2006 to May 2010, and as a Receptionist/Cashier from July 2004 to May 2006.

- From 2012 to 2019, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, obtaining an Advance Diploma in Management accounting with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
- Between 2002 and 2005, they studied at Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College, where they earned a Certificate in Advanced Book-keeping, Sage 50, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
- From 1995 to 2000, they pursued their Masters Degree at Ukrainian State Agro-Ecological academy in Zhytomyr, specializing in Management Foreign Activity.
