Mon F. S.

Mon F.S. has over 25 years of work experience in corporate finance, private equity, and investments. From 2016 to present, Mon has been the Vice President, Senior Underwriter and Investment Analyst at Craft3. From 2006 to 2016, Mon was an Investment Analyst at Genworth Financial where they originated and conducted fundamental credit and relative value analyses on private debt investment opportunities and established credit ratings for borrowers. Additionally, Mon was the Senior Investment Manager at Genworth Financial, where they developed and implemented alternative investment strategies with a focus on private equity, originated new investment opportunities, and conducted due diligence on managers. From 2003 to 2006, Mon was the Corporate Finance Advisor at Stonebrige Securities, where they provided capital market/corporate finance expertise to the firm's principals and clients. From 2000 to 2003, Mon was the Director of Corporate Finance at PT Metamedia Interactif, where they played a critical role in successfully achieving an IPO of the early stage company on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Lastly, from 1995 to 2000, Mon was the Director of Corporate Finance at UBS, where they supported in-country relationship managers in winning mandates and then led or participated in execution of financial transactions with transaction values in excess of $1 billion.

Mon F. S. obtained an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 1985 and 1987. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics from Harvard University between 1979 and 1983.
