Phoebe Thums, MBA, is the EVP and Indian Country Strategist at Craft3, where they focus on social justice and systems change. A proud member of the Hopi Tribe, Phoebe is dedicated to eliminating systemic oppression and strengthening communities through collaboration with community-serving organizations. With a background in corporate social responsibility and community partnership management, Phoebe previously held leadership roles at Columbia Bank, Umpqua Bank, and CIGNA Healthcare. They possess multiple degrees, including an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Portland.
