Avni Balıkçı is a Software Crafter at Craftgate since August 2022, specializing in software development for high-scaled distributed systems on the JVM stack within a leading payment orchestration platform for B2B clients. Prior to this role, Avni worked as a Junior Java Developer at GittiGidiyor from April 2021 to July 2022, focusing on maintaining payment systems and integrating new methods for an e-commerce platform. This experience followed an internship in the same Payment Systems team at GittiGidiyor during the summer of 2020. Avni's early work experience includes a position as a lifeguard at Community Pool Service in the United States through the Work and Travel program in 2017. Avni holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yaşar University, obtained in 2021.
