Lennart Heyner has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Faculty Council member at Maastricht University's School of Business and Economics. In 2015, they held internships at BearingPoint as a Financial Services Intern: Finance, Risk & Compliance, and at EY as an IT-Advisory Intern. In 2016, they were an Intern Corporate Access (Corporate Broking) at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. The following year, they were an Intern Strategy Consulting at Accenture. In 2018, they were a Country Manager at BODEBOCA and a Venture Capital at Freigeist. In 2019, they were a Business Development Avoidwaste (a Crafting Future brand). Currently, they are a Co-Founder at Crafting Future.

Lennart Heyner began their educational journey in 2012 when they attended Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Business in 2015. In 2014, they took a semester abroad at the University of Buenos Aires and also attended a summer school at Copenhagen Business School in International Consulting & Entrepreneurship. In 2016, they attended ESCP Business School and obtained a MIM Double Degree in Grande École + Master Europeo en Administracion de Empresas. In 2018, they graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business with a Master in International Business. In 2020, they obtained a Circular Economy - Sustainable Materials Management certification from Coursera.
