Throughout their career, Ben has developed expertise in HR functions, organizational development, and leadership within manufacturing and logistics industries.

Ben Napier attended Ball State University from 1998 to 2002. Ben obtained additional certifications in Interview Architect and Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry.
